Here’s The Scoop...

Mom, friend, baker, and bartender. Certified Southside Chicago girl. Adventurous in the world and creative in the kitchen. Legend has it, I've never met a stranger. What humbly started as baking for my favorite people in 2014 while living in Saint Louis to stay connected morphed into a cookie business. In 2021 I was able to pivot into an online cookie store that delivered big bite sized orders to friends, family, and cookie monsters across the country. After moving to Dallas, I added popup shops to my cookie-ography. 

Since landing in Houston, I wanted to add a Sips and Trips collection to my “Every Bite” umbrella.
